President and Managing Director
Craig is the Founder and Managing Director of Clearview Advisory – a boutique advisory business focused on corporate finance, M&A and strategy. Craig is a trusted advisor to business leaders and currently serves on the advisory board of Nature’s Touch Frozen Foods – one of North America’s largest frozen fruit suppliers. He was recognized as a “Canadian Dealmaker of the Year” by Lexpert, Deloitte, The Globe and Mail and Thomson Reuters in 2015.
Craig was a successful public company executive with a global organic and natural foods company before launching Clearview Advisory. He led Corporate Development and Strategy across multiple business units and geographies. Craig has also been an active banker and M&A advisor with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Corporate Finance and Scotia Capital in the Toronto market, working with many successful private companies.
Craig obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemical Engineering from Queen’s University and an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
Phil joined Clearview in 2020 and participates in all areas of engagements, financings and transaction management. Before joining Clearview, Phil worked as an investment analyst at a single-family office, where he focused on investment research and due diligence across various asset classes, including public equities, private equity and real estate. Phil has also worked at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan as a private investment valuation analyst and an investment banking analyst with Gravitas Securities. Phil obtained his Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University and an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. Phil has passed all three levels of the CFA Program and may be awarded the charter upon completion of the required work experience.
Business Development Analyst
Vivian joined Clearview as a Strategic Business Intern in 2021 to help execute the company’s growth strategy. She has had experience spanning industries, working primarily in the marketing field, and most recently, the program coordinator for DeGroote’s Leadership Development Program. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Philosophy from the University of Ottawa and is currently completing her MBA at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.

Aisha is a talented and innovative marketer and brand strategist. She has conceptualized, launched and managed some of Canada’s largest brands for nearly a decade at Mars Inc and provided category insights to some of Canada’s largest retailers like Loblaws.
Aisha advises clients on the full life-cycle of product management – from innovation and new product launchs to ongoing analytical and consumer centric brand management. She has led some of Canada’s largest food brands, including M&M’s® Candies and Pedigree® Dog Food, and launched entirely new brands into the Canadian marketplace, include the New Belgium Fat Tire for Steam Whistle Brewing.
Aisha brings a broad marketing skill-set in Brand Management: marketing plan creation and execution; product launches; category management and category captaincy; media and campaign creation (including TV, Digital, Print, Out-of-home, Social Media, PR and Retail Advertising); and the use of consumer insights to guide business decision-making and drive sales. Aisha holds a business degree in Commerce from Queen’s University.

Brendan brings over 15 years of experience in leading mergers and acquisitions, diligence and execution teams, and business development initiatives with a proven track record of formulating innovative strategies and building relationships to secure acquisition targets and international sales growth opportunities.
Brendan is the founder of IRUS Consulting, where he works with his clients to execute their strategy and business goals. Brendan brings extensive M&A and integration experience as TreeHouse Foods Vice President of Business Development; he helped grow the company via acquisitions from $2.3B in sales to over $6B. Before that, Brendan was a Director of Business Development at Glanbia USA, where he oversaw over $500M in acquisitions and integrations. Brendan is currently completing his MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and obtained his Bachelor’s and Master of Agriculture Science from the University of College Dublin.
Advisor (Food Service and Channel Strategy)
Gary is a Partner at Kinetic12, a management consulting firm operating at the center of the food industry. He brings expertise in Marketing, Sales, Acquisitions and Factory Operations for multiple CPG channels.
Gary is also the CEO of Pinnacle Peak Consulting Corporation, focusing on the food, beverage, and technology sectors. He leads clients’ growth through strategic, business development, and organizational design activities.
With over 30 years in the CPG industry, Gary leverages a wide-ranging network of industry relationships to support client goals and objectives. Gary rose through the ranks at Kraft and Unilever in Retail, Foodservice and International appointments. At TreeHouse Foods, Gary was VP / GM of Foodservice and the Aseptic Processing Business Unit. As an officer of the company, Gary executed due diligence work on over 100 acquisition targets resulting in 12 deals in a period of 9 years. Gary has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Garry is a highly successful executive in small, medium, and large businesses in the digital, e-commerce, retail, B2B, and wholesale sales channels. Garry has experience with entrepreneurial, corporate, and franchising situations. He is a capable, caring, inclusive and visible leader with a track record of building strong, innovative and resilient management teams. Garry has won multiples awards, including Canadian Deal Maker of the Year (mid-market) in 2009 and Top 50 over 50 Entrepreneur in 2019. He was also recently nominated for the Global CEO Excellence Awards in 2020.
Garry has extensive leadership experience with distribution, retail and B2B giants: President of Grand & Toy, SVP Office Max, President of Bell Distribution, VP of Retail for Rogers Wireless, Group VP Auto Division of Budget Rent-A-Car, and Director of Retail at Loeb Food stores. Over the past 20 years, Garry has also held various Director positions with both private and non-profit Boards.
In 2016, Garry launched FIXT, a chain of wireless repair stores with annual sales of $10 million. Before that, Garry founded and held the position of President/CEO of Worldlynx Wireless, with a capital raise of $120 million and structuring a mobile space roll-up strategy, becoming the largest independent Bell Dealer in Canada.
Garry obtained his Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and his Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University.

Jason is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Oxford + Richmond, a next generation executive and future leader search firm.
Before co-founding Oxford + Richmond, Jason was VP of Corporate Development for a publicly traded global medical company, as well as Interim President of one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Prior to that, Jason was Director of Business Development and Operations at Holland Bloorview, Canada’s largest pediatric rehabilitation hospital. He has also held progressively more senior leadership roles with GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen). Jason holds a B.A. with a double-major in Psychology and History from Western University, a Global MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management and completed a leadership development program at Harvard University.

Jonathan has been delivering meaningful results in the industry for over 20 years. He brings an extensive network of relationships across industries and channels, intimate knowledge of big buyer commercial behaviour, and proven margin-creation methods. Jonathan is the founder of J Gardner Group, LLC, a consulting group that helps its clients achieve competitive advantages through innovative approaches to the supply chain.
Previously, Jonathan was the Chief Procurement Officer at Albertsons Companies, managing a team of over one hundred individuals to source product for the chain’s family of 13 grocery store divisions totalling over $62B in revenue. Before that, Jonathan served as the Vice President of Global Sourcing and Supplier Relations with Starbucks Corporation, responsible for a team of over 40 individuals and $1.6B of spends supporting $14B in annual revenue. Jonathan obtained both his J.D./MBA and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina.

Terry is the founder of Apex Capital Advisors and brings over 25 years’ experience in early-stage growth companies. Terry is a serial entrepreneur, having founded and grown several businesses with two successful exits.
Terry also has extensive M&A, venture capital, and corporate advisory experience, having raised over $20 million in venture capital for his enterprises. His most recent venture is U-Feast, a Toronto based e-commerce marketplace for unique food, drink, and cannabis-themed experiences delivered through an ecosystem of restaurants, chefs and alcohol brands.
Currently, Terry serves as a Director of York Angels, Senior Advisor at EACL Consulting, Advisor at MaRS, Director of Qeatech Inc., and previously Executive Director at York Angels. Terry is a corporate lawyer and has an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law.
